Governance Is Non-Negotiable

In healthcare, finance, and insurance, a fabricated citation or misrouted action isn’t just an error—it’s liability.

Guardrails help, but governance is essential:

  • Who approves automated decisions?
  • When does human review step in?
  • How are outputs logged and audited?

That’s why we must design AI for trust, not just capability.
